It’s a well made product, but was frustrated when it arrived to find there is no way to make the charger fit, so when I take my lap top I have to take the plug off and put it in my pocket, adding to the frustration was the fact I emailed them prior to ordering to ask specifically about if the new charger would fit and was told it was designed for the new one, and the response when I emailed them after receiving it was . “It should be “straightforward” enough to cut the foam to suit” how ever even cutting the foam there isn’t enough depth.

I have to say it was a little frustrating receiving my case and the battery not fitting, when I specifically asked prior to ordering if it was made to suit the new battery block, and was assured it would.
