SSL GateVerb (Serial Nr + Download)

Perfect for bringing energy to your mix

SSL GateVerb is a non-linear gated reverb that gives your tracks added depth and punch, all while maintaining a super clean mix. Its intuitive interface allows you to shape reverb characteristics with precise detail, whether you're crafting tight, impactful drum tracks or creating expansive soundscapes, GateVerb has got you covered.

Its range of comprehensive reverb controls includes Density, Time, Colour, Size, and Retro settings. In addition to this, GateVerb also offers ducking with sidechaining, and introduces the ability to time-sync the pre-delay and time parameters to the tempo of your DAW.

Comprehensive Reverb Controls

With Density, Time, Color, Size and special all-in-one Wet/Dry blend, users can easily adjust to any balance of both wet and dry signals simultaneously from a single control, change the size of the room, control how quickly early reflections are absorbed, alter the harmonic colour of the reflections, and determine the reverb decay time.

Ducking with Sidechaining

Essential for maintaining vocal or instrumental prominence in dense mixes or complex audio scenarios, this feature allows you to apply gain reduction based on an internal or external sidechain signals.

Advanced Gating Settings

Use the Advanced Settings panel to tweak the gate’s attack and release, as well as the trigger source (input, reverb or external). You can also filter and audition the trigger signal, and select whether the gate is applied to just the tail, the feedback path or both – or even turn it off altogether for automation of build-ups and risers.

Built-in Retro Effect

GateVerb's Retro control allows users to create mixes that stand out with unique, lo-fi vibes. By degrading the reverb's bit-depth and sample rate with the Retro control, users can achieve a vintage effect that adds character and texture to their audio.

Time-Sync'd Decay and Pre-delay

Decay time and pre-delay can be synced to the tempo of the track, ensuring rhythmic consistency. This feature is particularly useful in music production where timing precision is crucial, such as in electronic music.

Mix Lock

Mix Lock allows users to lock the mix control during preset changes, so that they can maintain their previously used settings. This is especially useful for live performance or when switching between different sounds quickly.
