Acon Digital Acoustica 8 Ultimate is the complete audio post-production and restoration suite from Acon Digital. It includes everything in Acoustica 8 Premium, then adds AI reverb removal, automatic corrective EQ, an immersive reverb built for Dolby Atmos, and multichannel editing up to 9.1.6. Dialogue recorded in a hard, echoey room used to mean ADR or a reshoot. DeVerberate 3 uses a neural network trained on thousands of voice recordings to separate dialogue from reverb automatically, and it adapts as the room sound changes. For music and other sources, a manual mode lets you set the original reverb's level and decay time. Both modes split the signal into direct sound and reverb, so you can reduce the room or bring more of it back. An Early Reflections Filter tackles the boxy resonances common in small rooms.
DeFilter analyses a recording and evens out tonal problems that are slow to fix by hand: standing waves from untreated rooms, comb filtering and resonant peaks. Match a recording to a speech or music profile, or learn the tone of one clip and apply it to another. That makes it a fast way to get ADR or voiceover sitting naturally against production sound.
An algorithmic reverb designed for immersive formats up to 9.1.6. You can pan the dry signal, early reflections and reverb tail independently in 3D space. The time-variant Vivid Hall algorithm produces dense, natural tails without the metallic ringing of static reverbs. EUCON support maps the controls to Avid S6, S4, S3 and Dock surfaces. Use it for film and TV mixes, Foley and Atmos music production.
Ultimate includes the full Acoustica 8 Premium toolkit. That covers the standalone editor with spectral editing, multitrack editing and batch processing, and ARA2 integration with Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Nuendo and other ARA2 hosts. It also includes AI noise reduction with DeNoise 3, dialogue isolation with Extract:Dialogue 2, real-time stem separation and a complete mixing and mastering chain.

If you regularly deal with reverberant dialogue, deliver immersive mixes beyond 7.1.2, or mix in Dolby Atmos, yes. If you work in stereo and your recordings are mostly dry, Premium covers you.
