Ancient Kingdom’s intuitive user interface invites you to explore the primal essence of rare wind instruments while forging into transcendent sonic realms. Anchored by a vivid Center Display with striking 3D instrument models and immersive landscapes representing their origins, its interface offers effortless command over instrument libraries, articulations, multi-mic configurations, and more. The Left Panel empowers you to shape the sound with versatile Mood presets, powerful performance scripts, and precise MIDI controls, while the Right Panel transforms ancient tones into otherworldly textures through innovative FX mixes, convolution reverbs, and flexible channel routing.
Ancient Kingdom features 26 instrument categories, each with an array of highly detailed instrument articulations and combinations across a range of instrument type sub-categories that includes Long, Short, Effects, Legato, and Keyswitch.
RA- EastWest/Quantum Leap RA provides composers with access to a variety of rare and unique instruments from Africa, Europe, India, the Americas and Australia, the Far East, and the Middle East and Turkish Empires. Musicians will find that RA has an amazing sound quality and they'll marvel at the articulation of each instrument which has a wide range that goes from controlled to expressive. All of the instruments and ensembles featured in the collection were sampled extensively as a means of preserving the true character and expression of each instrument. For the first time, users will have more control over the sounds offered in the collection along with the ability to load even more instruments than ever before.
All instruments featured in SILK are multi-sampled with extreme attention to detail offering the maximum in expression. EastWest/Quantum Leap SILK contains extensive articulations, interval sampling (where appropriate), round robin (alternate samples), legato scripting, and phrases to give the feeling of smooth effortless performance - like silk. Each musician recorded for SILK is a master of his instrument, providing the best and most accurate sound available. SILK also allows users to adapt the instruments using dozens of useful micro tunings in the key of their choice. This microtuning system is the first of it's kind, and is a true breakthrough for OPUS.
GYPSY features a collection of extremely detailed Gypsy style virtual instruments capable of playing completely realistic performances. Gypsy is essential for film, TV and game composers. The nylon string guitar, violin and trombone can play in both Gypsy and Classical styles. In the classical realm these three instruments are unparalleled in the sampling world in terms of playability, diversity and sound quality. The new king of sampled violins has arrived. The violin and trombone feature many articulations, repetitions and even true legato intervals. All of the guitars were sampled with up and down strokes, many velocities and picking styles, release trails, chords and effects. GYPSY's guitars sound incredible and were played by one of the best session guitarists in Los Angeles, David Kole.
