A reverb you shape by frequency, not just by size.

With most reverbs, one decay time and one width setting apply to the whole spectrum. BLEASS Spectral Reverb lets each of those settings vary across the frequency range. You can make the lows tight and the highs bloom, or widen the stereo image around one band and keep everything else narrow.

Spectral Maps
Every main parameter has a Spectral Map next to its knob. Drag across it to draw a curve over the spectrum, from a gentle ramp to a sharp peak or notch. You get frequency-dependent control with no EQ curves or menus.

Core reverb

• Decay, Attack and Width, each with its own Spectral Map
• Freeze holds the current tail as an infinite pad
• Kill clears the tail instantly
• Input high-pass and low-pass filters, plus dry/wet and output gain

Four processor slots, six spectral processors

• Spectral Gate: removes low-level frequencies from the tail, with a frequency-dependent threshold
• Harmony Follow: keeps long tails in key by suppressing the previous notes as the harmony changes
• Spectral Ducker: carves the dry signal's spectrum out of the reverb so the source stays upfront. It can also be driven by an external sidechain.
• Spectral Enhancer: brings up the dominant frequencies in the tail
• Pitch Shifter: shimmer-style effects, processed in the spectral domain with no phasey artefacts
• Frequency Shifter: inharmonic, metallic and detuned textures

Clean or dirty, your call
The FFT engine runs clean and light on CPU by default. Turn down Block Size, Hop Factor and Smooth Size and it becomes glitchy and lo-fi on purpose, which works well for sound design.

Also: external sidechain support, and most parameters can be automated or modulated from your DAW.

Great for: ambient and cinematic pads, vocals that need space without mud, sound design, and experimental production.
