Zaor Onda Angled MKII Classic Studio Desk

This review was almost a one star but Koala Audio redeemed themselves by taking a proactive approach to resolve the issue. I purchased a studio desk of some value and was told it would be a 6 week wait. Coming from Europe I expected that so no problem I can wait. About 9 weeks later still no desk or communication on what status the order was at. I tried to contact Koala who basically were unreachable. There was no reply to my emails and phone calls went straight to voicemail with no call back from Koala. This went on for a week unacceptable customer service in my view. At this point I thought I had done my doe so I thought I would contact the factory in Europe to establish if they had at least received the order. The factory responded with leave it with us and we’ll sort it. Low and behold the next day Koala reached out to me and told me due to the conflict in the Middle East shipments are being affected and it’s becoming not worth their while to import stock from Europe. Maybe so or did they not place the order? I’m not sure which but to not reach out and advise me of this is poor service. Credit to Koala Audio from this point on as communication was now flowing and they had organized my desk to travel by airfreight. I was given tracking details and updated regularly on the progress of the shipment. Within 2 weeks I had received the desk finally! So what started poorly ended positively.

All my communication with Koala Audio was highly professional and helpful and I am very happy with my new Zaor Onda Desk. Desk was delivered on time and in great condition and I’m looking forward now to delivery of recently ordered products from Koala Audio.
